Terms and conditions of use 

 

The present conditions are agreed between, on the one hand Laurent Marre, registered to the Chamber of Commerce of Pontoise under number B 351 616 347 000 16, whose head office is in Montmorency,

8 rue de la Grille - 95160, and on the other hand the people wishing to purchase via the Internet site Laurent marre.com.

The present general conditions rule the sale of the products showing on the site of :

Any order intends the relative adhesion to said general conditions of sale. The sale contract is submitted to French Law. The relative orders can be placed only between Laurent Marre and any other physical non-trading person.

 

1. THE OFFER

Any order means acceptance of the relative prices and description of the products available for selling.

Any dispute in respect will occur within a possible exchange and the guarantees here-under mentioned.

Except in case of guarantee, any operation occurring between FASHION2010 Llc and their clients, undisputed within the month following the purchase, cannot give rise to any complaint .

 

2. PRICES

Our prices are indicated in Euros and include the current French VAT. Any change in the VAT rate could be immediately passed on our prices. Those prices are to be understood free from lump sum fees for handling the order (according to current amount)(cf.§ delivery modes). Keep your invoice, you will have to produce it in case of exchange or refund.

 

3.THE ORDER

From your order validation, this one will be forwarded to our logistics department for processing.

You will receive within the hour a first automatic e.mail for receipt acknowledgment.

4. PAYMENT

- 1) Secured payment by Credit Card : We hold a secured connection for your data transfer . When a card payment is settled, will you please when completing the order, indicate your card number and its validity date, to our Bank “Credit agricole Bank “.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

For each order, a lump sum fee for the order handling will be required (shipping costs, packing, parcel processing…).

 

Parcels are tracked « colissimo »shipped for France ( French Telecom parcel ) as well as for the European Union countries. For countries outside the EU parcels are shipped by Post Priority Parcels.

In case of stock disruption, the customer is individually informed by e.mail or fax. Loi Informatique et Liberté du 6 janvier 1978 ( IT & Liberty Law Jan.1978 ) complying with French Law, you are entitled of a right of access and alteration of your own information . Present conditions may be altered at any moment without notice.

 

6. REFUND GUARANTEE OR EXCHANGE

Should an item not be thoroughly satisfactory, it can be returned within 7 days, packed in original wrapping, to be exchanged or refunded.

 

7. COPYRIGHTS

All components from Laurent Marre sites, either they be visual, are protected by the copy rights

 

8. INTEGRALITY

If supposedly one of the clauses of the present contract should be null and void through a change in the legislation, regulation or by court decision, this should in any case affect the validity and respect of the present general conditions of sale.

 

9. DURATION

The present conditions apply during the whole setting on-line duration of the services offered by Laurent Marre.

 

10. LIABILITY

Laurent Marre could not see their liability engaged for inconvenience and damage relative to the use of the Internet network such as among others a disruption in the service, computer viruses presence or external intrusion or more generally all cases qualified as Act of God by the courts of justice.

 

11. DISPUTES SETTLEMENT

In case of a dispute, an out- of- court settlement will be searched prior to any legal action. Failing, any legal action will be brought before the competent court of justice of the defendant address.
